1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dhisme.net ("the Platform", "we", "us") at dhisme.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered companies, and users of any Dhisme.net service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Platform Description

Dhisme.net is a marketplace and directory platform based in Somaliland that provides:

• A searchable directory of verified construction companies
• Real estate listings for homes and land for sale
• A tender brokerage service connecting project owners with contractors
• Design service requests for architectural and house plans
• Consulting services for site supervision and property registration

Dhisme.net acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not a party to transactions, agreements, or contracts between users and companies arranged through the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

All users of the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information in all forms and submissions
• Not submit spam, duplicate, or fictitious inquiries, tenders, or listings
• Not impersonate another person, company, or organisation
• Not use the Platform to harass, defraud, or deceive others
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Platform services
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these responsibilities.

4. Company Listings

Companies listed on Dhisme.net must:

• Be a legitimate, operating business entity
• Provide accurate service area, contact information, and portfolio details
• Not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or project history
• Respond to inquiries and tenders in good faith

Dhisme.net reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any company listing that violates these terms, contains false information, receives substantiated complaints, or is otherwise deemed harmful to Platform users. Removal does not entitle the company to a refund of subscription fees already paid.

5. Subscription Terms

Plans and fees

Dhisme.net offers Standard and Premium subscription tiers with monthly fees as listed on the Platform. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Listing limits

Each tier includes limits on the number of home listings, land listings, and project showcases. Companies must stay within their tier's limits. Exceeding limits may result in listings being hidden until they are within the allowed quota.

Cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the company portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The company profile and listings remain visible until the period expires.

Refund policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced and the company listing has been approved and made publicly visible. In cases of Platform error or service failure attributable to Dhisme.net, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

6. Tender Rules

The tender brokerage service connects project owners with construction companies. By submitting a tender, you agree to:

• Submit only real, genuine construction or development projects
• Provide accurate project details, budget range, location, and timeline
• Not submit duplicate tenders for the same project
• Engage with interested companies in good faith

Dhisme.net moderates all tender submissions before they are made public. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any tender submission that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or not in keeping with platform standards.

Dhisme.net earns a brokerage facilitation fee when a tender is successfully awarded to a company through the platform. The fee structure is communicated at the time of tender submission or award.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform. The Dhisme.net platform, including its design, code, branding, and editorial content, is owned by Dhisme.net and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

User content. Companies and users retain ownership of the content they submit — including company descriptions, portfolio images, and listing details. By submitting content, you grant Dhisme.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the Platform and for promotional purposes related to Dhisme.net.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dhisme.net is a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed companies
• Disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users and companies
• Inaccurate information submitted by companies or users
• Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from Platform downtime or errors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhisme.net's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid by the relevant party in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Somaliland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Dhisme.net Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hargeisa, Somaliland.
